Spessartine, Quartz (Var: Smoky Quartz)
A LARGE plate of what is now "the" familiar Tongbei combo: a field of bright, flashy, gemmy little spessartines in combination with smoky quartz points on a stark white feldspar matrix. The large compound crystal of smoky quartz measures 4 cm in height. Beautiful!
