An aesthetic, gemmy and lustrous, polychrome tourmaline from the Pederneira Mine of Brazil. The green base has a distinctive cranberry-red core, which grades upward to a gorgeous, very gemmy, teal blue. The very sharp and lustrous, lightly etched, pyramidal termination is green. The striking, angled sidecar crystal broke due to pocket forces and then re-healed. The two blades of cleavelandite are a beautiful accent. 40 grams.
