Analcime crystals to 1 cm on a basalt matrix. This is an old piece with what seems to be museum accession numbers inked on the side, this is a rare Hawaiian mineral specimen. It came to me from the collection of US specialist Ted Johnson, and the locality given is simply Honolulu. While a number of quarries there have produced analcime, by report, I have not seen any others for sale or in photos.
