This is a fascinating pseudomorph specimen from a small batch that was in the Hauck Collection, from a find in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. What you have is poker-chip crystals of baryte that have been pseudomorphed by super-sparkly quartz. This is from the same find that included pseudomorphs of quartz after fluorite.
