First-class etched Fluorite "corner" that is gemmy, lustrous, and zoned! The crystal is razor sharp, and the zones within it are equally fine and sharp. The Fluorite actually sits right up on an etched stalk, resembling a pyramidal mushroom - and in fact, is the tip of one of these so called etch-effected mushroom growths we see from here sometimes. However, seldom have I seen such a piece with luster like this. It is almost unheard of for fluorite of this style. The crystal is complete and perfect all around, sitting on its little pedestal. Even the underside of the sceptered top is complete from solution effects on the bottom. The yellow Fluorite is almost completely gemmy, and it has both a yellow fluorescence in the core and whitish-blue fluorescence throughout with the blue fluorescence dominating. Mined in 1992 during pillar robbing, this miniature has stunning aesthetics no matter how you look at it. RCL 223
