This is certainly one of the highest percentage of larger, "electric blue" azurite crystals in a specimen, that I have seen from Tsumeb. The luster and gemminess are superb. And in combination with the mostly parallel-growth azurite crystals resting in vug of massive dark gray tennantite, the combination is, indeed, striking. Classic, highly desirable and uncommon material from this renowned locale. Ex G.P. Kuhn (Namibia) and Tarnowski Collections.
