Interesting cluster of Quartz crystals, partially included by deep green Chlorite. The Quartz crystals have very good luster, and they are actually mostly gemmy, though the Chlorite does diminish the transparency. The main crystal is 11.5 cm tall, and has quite unusual form. The Quartz crystal has a positive taper, going from 1.4 cm thick near the base to a maximum of 2.1 cm where the base of the termination is reached. From there, the termination tapers down rapidly to a tip .3 cm across. Most unusual, and quite appealing.
