You are likely familiar with the aquamarine and schorl specimens that have come from the Erongo Mountains in Namibia over the past few years. Here is a NEW FIND in the area - crystals of bi-colored beryl to 1.5 cm shooting out all over from a mass of acicular schorl (which is velvety on the back of the specimen). You can clearly see the green tips terminations that cap the otherwise colorless beryl crystals.
