This lustrous and gemmy to translucent, superb Elbaite crystal exhibits a saturated cranberry-red color for much of its length and has a green imbued base for great contrast! The Cruzeiro Mine is well known for its cranberry and bi-colored Tourmalines and this crystal is a perfect example. This highly lustrous, striated Elbaite crystal has sharp prism faces and a perfect trigonal pyramid termination.
