An old-time and aesthetic cluster of two, intergrown, doubly terminated, translucent amethyst crystals with pleasing variable purple color intensity from a classic South Carolina locality - Due West. Some of the finest Eastern USA amethysts have come from Due West. The purple color variations are really highlighted in the photo. Ex. George Feist Collection # 2192.
