The intense color here is pure indicolite blue, with both luster and saturation rarely seen from tourmalines of this region or any other. Usually when we DO see this intense blue here, it is in crystals that tend to have a matte surface. This crystal is slender and so is very transparent, and just glows when backlit. Complete all around. IT IS MORE GEMMY In PERSON!
