These are just huge crystals of old English fluorite from a place that was in its heyday in the mid 1800s. This is a very old piece, which spent at least part of its life in the collection of Alain Martaud and he got from an old collection. While the crystals are not gemmy, their size is impressive for English fluorite - the biggest crystal is 4.5 cm along both edges - and they are in remarkable condition considering their size. Excellent fluorescence.
