Lustrous brown crystal group in parallel growth from the world famous Bad Ems area of Germany! This was almost certainly mined in the late 19th century. This cluster consists of dozens of stacked doubly-terminated crystals aesthetically arranged one atop another to form a gracefully curving arc. This is the CLASSIC form for the locality and it is an exceptional piece for the size in terms of both color and aesthetic form. It is complete all around and is as near to pristine as you could ask for in one of these: it has just the most trivial of slight wear here and there (as do most such old pyro specimens)
