A fine, complete-all-around mounded cluster of classic, sharp, glassy, light green quartz crystals from Dal'negorsk, Russia. These translucent, dipyramidal beauties are technically quartz pseudomorphs after beta quartz. The phase transition is at about 573 degrees Centigrade. The green tint is probably caused by chlorite.
