A monster compound crystal of celestite from Ohio, well-terminated (there is a bruise at the very tip of the larger termination but small in relation to the size of the specimen). The specimen has very sharp and lustrous face all the way around. You can actually see into the termination and there is some attractive blue-gray color at the term. Extremely impressive! This is from the Gary Hansen dealer stock and was last shown prior to 1984. It weighs in at almost a whopping 2 KILOS! This has to be among the largest Ohio celestites in good condition! 18.0 x 11.5 x 4.5 cm
