An aesthetic and unusual fluorite cluster from the less well-known Basurto Mine, La Collada area, Asturias, Spain. The striking, large, 2.7 cm, purple fluorite cube is water-clear and lustrous, but has a preferentially frosted face and also has very interesting, preferentially etched, modified, cuboctahedral corners. All of the crystals also have excellent, deeper purple, edge phantoms. Ex. Dave Stoudt Collection.
