Perched aesthetically on a drusy, sparkling pedestal of quartz matrix, is a single complex cuboctahedral fluorite crystal measuring 5 cm in length. The lustrous and translucent crystal has a light grass-green color and also exhibits fine stepped growth. It is, in person, both much more 3-dimensional and much more gemmy than the flat photo makes it appear, and is quite dramatic.
