These reticulated rutiles are like nothing else in the mineral kingdom, with their geometric crosshatched crystal form. Rutile of course takes on all sorts of forms, from the chunky crystals from Graves Mountain to the golden, needle-like crystals from Novo Horizonte you see associated with hematite or sometimes even inside of quartz crystals. This form has to be the most interesting of all, however.
