A second piece from the same old European collection I got the above specimen from, this is also a very pretty, brightly colored specimen from this old locality, almost certainly dated to the mid-to-late 1800s when this mine was famous for some of the most beautiful pyromorphite in the world. These crystals are perched on contrasting quartz matrix and have a natural, wet-looking luster! They are truly wonderful for any locality, but especially for this very desirable old one! A very DISPLAY-WORTHY MINIATURE! 5 x 4 x 4 cm
