A really interesting specimen with a scepterd amethyst on a clear quartz, and then the amethyst also cascades down the side of the quartz crystal to end in a second termination. There is a slight ding at the rear of the upper amethyst term, but overall its in good shape and that is not visible from the front, anyhow, if the piece is displayed properly. This is an old specimen which I purchased from the drawers at the old Pala Intl shoppe, The Collector, some years ago. It is not from any recent find and I have seen no more of this material on the market save a few lesser pieces over the years. 8.7 x 5.5 x 3.6 cm
