Nestled aesthetically in a basalt vug are several, very lustrous, discrete, black, botryoids/spheres, to .7 cm across. Sphaerosiderite is now considered a discredited species name for a rare habit of siderite. But that doesnt change the fact its rare as hell and extremely odd and unusual, even as a varietal. It is old material. Visually pleasing! 6.4 x 5.4 x 3.2 cm
