Most hibonite is dull to matte finish. This is one of a very few I have seen with luster and pizzazz to it! It features a sharp 3-cm cluster, shockingly lustrous, perched on matrix! It is actually somewhat attractive, and is a superb miniature example of this rare Aluminum-containing mineral species. (TYPE LOCALITY). Ex Paul Stahl collection
