With crystals to 4 cm, shocking intense saturated color, and luster, it would be hard to find a better miniature example of this species from the famous finds of the mid 1980s. Miniatures were common enough, of course, but this piece is another level, competitive and rarified. It is the finest quality, and stands out from nearly all others in the size class (and we have followed these since the 1980s, and seen the collections of both mine owner and several people working with him back in the day — this would have a place in any). It is complete all around, pristine. This is one of those miniatures that stands out from across a distance, and has an impact unrelated to size when you hold it. It is an old specimen, now nearly 40 years old, from the private miniatures collection of dealer/collector Irv Brown, ex Marcus Budil.
