Look at the textbook symmetry here! its like a picture come to life out of the old early 1800's mineral books showcasing the mineral wealth of Russia - these "Siberites" were the best tourmaline of the day by a long shot, and highly desired among the nobility of collectors. Today we see mainly smaller crystals of more standard habit, and this sharp style is not commonly to be had. The crystal termination is complete, and it is complete also all around except for a contacted/damaged portion of the one back corner to the rear, on an edge not on the termination. The color is robust and "juicy" for lack of a better word, clearly more impressive in person than in the pics.
