A SHARP, and unusually equant crystal to 1.6 cm on edge, of this rare variety of tetrahedrite that for a long time was thought a separate species because of its high mercury content. It certainly dates to AT LEAST the 1800s, if not earlier when this mining region was more active. This also came through Schwethelm, though his number came off in cleaning. Nicely perched on a well-trimmed massive Baryte matrix of snowy-white!
