Citrines from Russia are incredibly difficult to come by these days. I buy every good one I see, and that still amounts to only 5 pieces in the last 3 years I can recall. This specimen features a truly superb, super-gemmy crystal, sharp as a razor and with saturated golden color, against a backdrop of quartz. It is more lustrous in person, and is a significant addition to any Russian suite 9 x 7.2 x 3 cm
