A gorgeous, gemmy and sharp, light purple amethyst crystal jauntily perched on a stalk of milky quartz from Hopkinton, Rhode Island. The amethyst is very glassy. Rhode Island amethyst crystals of this quality are always in demand and specimens are rare. Ex. George Elling Collection.
