A SUPERB, GEMMY, 1.6 cm, cherry-red zincite crystal aesthetically set on matrix of calcite, willemite and franklinite from Sterling Hill. The zincite crystal is nicely terminated and has a bit of embedded calcite. CLASSIC and very DESIRABLE material from this famed locality. The calcite and willemite are beautifully fluorescent, as you would expect. Ex. George Ellling Collection.
