A fine silver ore specimen from the famous mines a Guanajuato, Mexico. This specimen features a multitude of beautifully burnished, aesthetically placed, curved and curled silver wires and thick silver ropes in a large vug in massive, solid acanthite. The stout silver rope at one end is 9 mm across. Ex. Jean Behier Collection. 149 grams or 5.2 ounces.
