This is one superb azurite specimen from a famous 1980 find! It is a splendid deep-blue, well formed, lustrous crystal on a matrix of small, cream colored dolomite crystals. This has to be one of the finest thumbnail-sized crystals of azurite that I have seen from the 1980 discovery. The termination is chisel-shaped, incredibly sharp, and broad. MUCH BETTER In PERSON and can give you more shots as needed to show the sides and back are just as nicely beveled and of equally high quality.
