Senegalite is an ULTRA-RARE aluminum phosphate found in only two localities worldwide and this piece is from the Type Locality in Senegal. This super-rich and showy specimen is from a very recent rediscovery of this rare species and features large boxwork-like cavities lined with senegalite and various phosphates species in a limonite gossan matrix.
