An incredibly transparent, geometrically complex pale blue fluorite cluster overgrowing an earlier generation of purple fluorite from the famed Yaogangxian Mine in China. Several absolutely gem, light blue, intricately stepped, large fluorites form an intergrown multiplex of crystals. Looking into the cube faces, and at other angles, easily reveals small, white calcite crystals growing on a previous generation of purple fluorite whose color transcends through the light blue fluorite! A couple of quartz crystals are present for balance. The bottom of the piece reveals the complex paragenesis of the piece. This stunning piece is much better in person because it is so gemmy, the camera does not focus well. Comes with a custom engraved acrylic base.
