A gemmy layer of deep red botryoidal Rhodochrosite overlying dark grey matrix. The luster is very good, as is the color. It takes very little light for the Rhodochrosite to begin to glow. Attractive and unusual - very nice for the locality, circa 1960s-1970s. Ex. Charlie Key.
