You always want Silvers to have good form, good luster, and a good patina. As you can tell, the delicate herringbone pattern of crystals has the form, has the luster and color that shines under the light, and the patina is variable enough to add dramatic highlights to the specimen. A very nice elegant Silver! Moreover, it is from one of the most famous of ancient German silver mines, dating back hundreds of years and certainly at least to the 1800s one would imagine.
