This specimen was collected in May of 2009 in Bolivia. On a worldwide scale, these are not the finest Pyromorphite specimens, but for Boilvia, they are wonderful, unique and interesting specimens. Several fine, sharp, somewhat lustrous, prismatic, greenish-yellow crystals of Pyromorphite sit atop an oxidized matrix. These are very well-formed crystals and are only very slightly skeletal or hoppered.
