A pristine, classic, old-timer from the famous Pine Hill pegmatite at Fitchburg, Massachusetts. A gemmy and lustrous, complete all-around indicolite tourmaline with a frosted termination is nicely accented by a bit of cleavelandite at the base. The backlit photo highlights the intense color saturation and gemminess. This excellent, old-time indicolite specimen is from the George Elling Collection.
