Sorry for the vague locality, but we do know this is Swiss, an oldie out of the mineral collection of J.V. Jochem. What you have is an original crystal all shot through with tan-colored crystals of actinolite, that was later engulfed by continued growth so that it is now encased as a phantom inside the outer quartz crystal. Ex. Hauck Collection.
