This find was made maybe 3 years ago, and new New Jersey finds always cause a big stir. These wonderful pseudomorphs had been seen before from this area, but not in this sharpness. What you have is glauberite crystals that have been pseudomorphed by lovely mint-green, sparkly prehnite. In this case, some of the glauberites have been etched away from the interior, leaving just the hollow prehnite casts.
