Oregon is not known for excellent baryte specimens, but here is a superb for the very uncommon locale cabinet specimen. This striking piece is composed of thick, sharp, yellow spear-points. The large, glassy, translucent crystal is 4.0 cm wide and 3.7 cm tall and is complete-all-around. The preferential coating on the crystals adds character. Nearly pristine. Very rare on the market in this size and quality from this Oregon locale.
