A very striking and intricately color zoned pair of intergrown Fluorite cubes from the Yaogangxian Mine in China. This locality has produced some of the most amazing Fluorite specimens and this one doesn't disappoint! Both crystals are incredibly lustrous and transparent. The interior of this duo is ice blue and transparent to translucent with a subsequent zone of very pale purple Fluorite culminating in a remarkable dark purple rim that exhibits the most intricate geometric patterns! Three 4 to 5mm florettes composed of several, small, intergrown Pyrite cubes are strategically placed on three edges of the Fluorites. A truly remarkable and artistic Fluorite specimen!
