A fine and unique amethyst and quartz specimen from recent finds at the Fengjiashan Mine of China. Sharp, translucent, color-zoned amethyst crystals with lustrous, stepped-growth faces are preferentially coated with drusy quartz and tiny, doubly terminated calcite crystals. The small amethyst crystals in the front are doubly terminated and the large amethyst is 4.2 cm.
