A lovely, sharply-terminated, glassy and gemmy, beryl crystal, which exhibits a light yellow-green or perhaps green-yellow color, and elegant tapering form. This is immediately recognizable as an old find from Mimoso do Sul in Brazil, a very different locality than where most of our Brazilian gem crystals come from. It measures 6.7 cm in height and has impact because it draws the eye to that sharp and unusual tip which looks more like a tourmaline than a beryl termination. It also has a few parallel growth sidecar crystals for accent. Classic old material.
