A gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored tourmaline from the MUCH LESS well-known Rossing pegmatites of Namibia. The frosted main body is a very pleasing teal-blue. The pyramidal, matte termination is dark purple to black. A dealer label accompanying the specimen dates to pre-1981, when South West Africa became Namibia. A rare locality specimen. 5 grams.
