Two sharp and very 3-dimensional azurite crystals growing side by side, in dramatic relief against the contrasting matrix, very sharp and complete all around. Note how the front faces of the two crystals have begun to pseudomorph to malachite, giving them a slight green tint which contrasts dramatically with the deep blue, lustrous faces at the termination! The terminations are remarkably freestanding and 3-dimensionally formed. NOT the typical slender crystal, these! The larger of the crystals measures around 2.4 cm in length. Isn't this just a stunning azurite specimen? 4.5 x 4.4 x 3.4 cm
