This is the largest enclosed brookite in quartz from Brazil that I have seen. It is an exceptional inclusion specimen, and within a beautiful (polished) quartz crystal. The inclusion is fully exposed, visible with no flaws. Surrounding the large 4-cm-long brookite is a halo of micro-thin acicular needles of rutile, silvery-colored, shooting out at all angles. Weighs 210 grams.
