Sharp and quite refined, this pair of penetrating Fluorite crystals is classic in form. The crystals are gemmy, lustrous, and banded. The cores are yellow and there are over a dozen dark blue/purple phantoms comprising the outer portion of the crystals. This gives the Fluorites a deep, rich cast. What's more, portions of the faces are actually raised, adding interest both visually and mineralogically. The largest of the Fluorites is 3.6 cm on edge. Mined in 1994, this is a fine, aesthetic miniature, and is better in person due to the difficulty of cameras seeing through so many layers of phantom zones. RCL 1255.
