A very RARE, SUPERB and OLD-TIME, two-sided crust of gorgeous quartz crystals impregnated with rust-red hematite on a field of scintillating specular hematite. The other side is water-clear quartz crystals dusted with hematite flakes. This STRIKING specimen from the famous iron mines of Cumbria, England. Ex. Caldwell College and Richard Hauck Quartz Collection.
