Divergent, rich blue crystals have formed a nearly spherical ball of azurite which is lustrous and is a complete floater with no visible point of attachment. This azurite ball is also unusually dense. It is a subtly different style, and comes from a locality given to me by a mining engineer working in Africa (from whom I bought these directly) as "small prospect near Kakanda." This azurite ball has small areas of attached malachite as a bonus.
