Perched beautifully on matrix, is a cluster of sharply crystallized stephanite crystals, to 1 cm across. This is THE HISTORIC OLD LOCALITY for such crystals, and the specimen here is like something out of an old textbook. You almost never see such sharp, isolated, crystals on matrix. The crystals are lustrous and black. Ex. Herb Obodda collection along with his label and an old label with the date 1889 from the Rumpff collection (a well known German industrialist).
