A robust, arborescent cluster of purple fluorite showing the curvature of the octohedral faces that makes this pocket more than just "color," but something radically new and different for fluorite collectors. This piece has tons of color and a rich 3-dimensionality that sets it apart from most others, as well as the contrast with some quartz druse. However, although the color is great when backlit, it is admittedly a little less lustrous than others here and so I have halved the price in this update from the intended. It has crystals to 2 cm on edge and is from the first pocket (early spring of 2013), and is still a GREAT example of this style from the new finds. I can guarantee that any comparable pieces, what few there were anyhow, were sold for much higher prices by the Chinese dealers at Tucson.
